Vlneyard Tralnlng and Minlsty Pathway
111 The Vln8yard Mlnlsty Pathway Is a leadershlp development Strategy, deslgned to
ssslst wlth leaders, ioumoys towards vocational ministry in the Vineyard. It aims to
help leaders from any Gontext recelve the tralnlng and support they need to slep
Into their calling to ministy. It takes leaders of all ages and stages and prgpares
them for vocational ministy through tailored tralning and equipping programme$.

course run through Indlvidual Vlneyard churches in tho UK and Ireland, called
Vlneyard Essentials.. to a year-long Int8nsNe part-time Lead8rshlp College

famlly of churches, we have a duty to promote the weffare of children, young people, and
adults. We boliove thal we should work together to prevenl abuse from Oc￿rring and that we
8hould seek lo protect those that are al rlsk of being abused and respond wall to thos8 that
have been abused. The welfore of children, young people and adults at rSsk Is a￿ayS
paramount and should take precedence over all other conslderatlons. VCUKI has a N8tlonal
Saleguardlng Team that work5 In partnershlp wlth local Vlneyard churches across all our
locatlons to help provide 8 safe environment In whlch chlldren and adults can develop
physlcally, inlell8Ctually, and spirltually.

Often the wimary work of the charity 18 carried out through some of our speclflc local
churchos. as they are commonly in direct contact w5th our target group. Addlllonally, they
have e%sting skills end resources on which w8 may 'plggyback'. Thus, by glvlng them
grants, to cover thoir marginal costs for th698 tasks, wè are able to fulfil our objects In a
hlghly efflcient and focussed manner wllhout havlng to carry 6Xtr8 overhe8d. We make
grants to them in the context of speclflc objectives and tasks whlch help us to achlevo the
charty's overall obJedves, namely:
