TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE COURSES AND THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LECTURES ABOUT ERITREAN CULTURE, RELIGION AND HERITAGE;3.
