Ob"ectives and activities
The association aims to provide enhance the education and resources to
the children of Mount Carmel Catholic Primary School by:
1 Developing effective relationships between staff, parents and
others associated with the school
2. Engage in fundraising activities in order to provide additional extra
curricular facilities and equipment to support the school and the
children e.g. to provide grants to the school to be used for
additional classroom and/or playground equipment and facilities,
and toLrovide a counselling service for children within the school.

The trustees confirm that they have referred to the guidance contained in
the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefit when
reviewing the Association's aims and objectives and in planning future
activities and setling the grant maklng policy for the year.
During the year the Association organised fundraising events, for
instance the Christmas and Summer Fairs, parents quiz night, children's
disco to enhance the feeling of community of the school children and
parents.

Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
The association ran a number of fundraising events during the year which
covered the cost of providing an in school counselling provision to the
children of the school.
Fundraising during the year (and the prior year) has also been saving
towards the provision of additional external infrastructure including an
outside seating area for use by the children as an alternative to the
inside lunchtime seating as agreed with the school leadership team.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('Ihe Trust") for the year ended 31108/2025.
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Act").
Responsibilities and
basis of report
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent
examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below ") which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act, or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
