the children of Mount Carmel Catholic Primary School by..

The Iruslees coniirm that they have referred lo the guidance contained in
the Charily Commission's general guidance on public benefit when
reviewing the Association's aims and objectives and in planning future
activities and setting the grant rnaking policy lor the year.
During the year the Association organised fundraising events, for
instance the Christmas and Summer Fairs, parents quiz night, children's
disco lo enhance the feeling of community of the school children and
parents.

during Ihe year
The association ran a number ol fundraising events during the year which
covered Ihe cost ol providing an in school counselling provision lo the
children ol the school.
Fundraising during the year {and the prior yearl has also been saving
towards the provision ol additional external infrastructure including an
outside sealing area lor use by the children as an allernalive lo the
inside lunchtime sealing as agreed with the school leadership team.

Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's Iruslees, you are responsible lor the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
I'lhe Act").
I report in respect ol my examination ol the Trust's accounts carried out
under s&clion 145 01 the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all thè applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 14515llbl of the Act.
Independent IThe charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to
examiner's statement undertake the examination by bging a qualified member ol linsert name of
applicable listed bodyll. Delete I l if not applicable.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come lo my attention in connection with the examination lolher than that
disclosed below ') which gives me cause lo believe that in, any material
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
ol the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and conlenl ol accounts sel out in the Charities
