Charitable attivities
The chanty continues 10 provjde a I￿gh standard of service to all clienls and success￿11Y maintains membership of thc
National A￿l￿]&t10￿ of Cilizens Advice Buieaux INACABI. Our offices have disabled Access to the wailing rooms and
interview rooms and can offer home visits by prior arrangeinenl.
The charity received £120,000 core fundtng frotn Mole Valley Districi Council in the first year of a 3-year fiJndiDg
8greemeni.
We moved into year 2 of a 5-y¢argrdllt totalling £355,260 frorn (he National Lottery Community Fund.
We received £71,3(A from SuJr¢y County Council as part of their No One Left Behind initiative. £37,500 w8s $perJt in
2023-24.
We received £29,226 from Cilizens Advice third party fiJndin8 10 enable our participation in a Surrey Advieeline service.
£10,992 was spent in 2023-24.
We received £8.695 from SES Water to assisi wilh the adminisiration of the Water Support scherne until July 2023 when our
involvement in this project fmished.

Areas of #dvi¢¢ ¢¢vered by the Charity in¢lude welfare b¢nefJl¥, money advice, employment, housing, personal relationships
#nd consumer issues. Welfare benefits, debi and housing remained the leadin¥ 8re&% of enquiry during the period. The
Ghatity uses IT based c&se recording and reporting Systems and wcb-based inforn)atiOD 5y51ems to help deliver the¥¢
services.
ID the year 2023-24 the charity dealt with 11,908 issues r815ed by 2,270 clients. Our clientg coniacied the chBrity by
telephone. emails, letter. home visils and in person visits lo ihe local offices. The service is provided by our staff Lncludir]g
around 52 volunteer5 who are recruited locally and thoroughly trained io provide quality assurcd advice with an esiimaled
value of volunteering of £263,362.
The I￿S(ce5 would like to olyer sincere Ihanks to all members of the charity's staff and volunteers for their conlinucd support
and conunitlnent to Ihc charity'5 work enabling il to deliver such a high-quality adwee service to clients.

Incoming resources in the year 2023-24 were £291,719 (2022-23 £257.827).
A SLuplus of £10.434 arose in the current year. compared with a deficii of £6,144 in 2022-23. As at 31 March 2024, total
