**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF HIGHSTED GRAMMAR SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES IN AUGMENTATION OF SUCH FACILITIES FINANCED  BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION AND SCIENCE (DFES).

**Activities:** To advance the education of all pupils of Highsted Grammar School by providing educational, recreational, or other charitable services in augmentation of those facilities financed by the EFA . There is an established pattern of fundraising  activities allowing for the provision of school trips, visits or other activities, together with the funding of additional equipment or resources.
