IPSWICH CANCER AID NETWORK TREASURERS REPORT SEPTEMBER 2020-2021 

This financial year was during the lockdown period caused by the COVID infection, which resulted in our regular meetings being suspended for a long period.  Our outgoings were therefore minimal as can be seen from our accounts. 

One of our members sadly died and she very generously left ICAN a large amount of money in her will, saying that it was her wish that we used it to “have fun together” which we will endeavour to do.  The initial instalment of this was paid on 11 January 2021 when the sum of £36,392.84 was paid into our account from this bequest. 

A further final instalment of the bequest was paid to ICAN in the next financial year on 10/03/22.
