**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE ASIAN COMMUNITY BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** We are providing health & yoga classes, various seminars, visits from PCT, participating in research e.g. cancer, food and any other NHS services. Give information on health & local issues, taking trips & organising events.
