## Trustee Report 

The trustees agree that they are currently happy with the way the club is maintained by the committee and that the accounts which have been seen meet with their approval. They can also confirm the trustees have remained the same since their last change. 

The above was put to vote. Proposed by Chris Thomas. Seconded by Andy Orchard. 

## Board 

All current board members have agreed to stay in the current positions within the club. Vacant positions not discussed but will be addressed at the club’s next board meeting. 

## Finance Report 

As per separate document. 

- Loss on the Birmingham city Wembley trip. 

Currently looking at a loss for the ladies England vs China game 

With the above two events in mind the likelihood is that no further trips will be organized. 

- It was agreed to continue with the selection box and Easter Egg treats for players. 

- New coaches FA requirements cost £160 each. 

- Astro cost has increased 6% or £12 an hour, and we have added two hours to our normal booking for no extra players. The treasurer proposed, first increase in at least 10 years of £1 a week increase was defeated in a vote. So, fee remains at £3. To be reconsidered after Christmas. 

## Welfare and safeguarding 

- All safeguarding and DBS certificates are now managed by Wendy Humpreys 



- Devon FA safeguarding officer is attending matches. U11 girls will be attending. U9 girls on the 28[th] will also be attended. More details can be found on FA play safe website. 

## Coaching officer report 

- The club is actively seeking numbers to make sure that there are 2 coaches per team. Current progress is promising that the club can fulfil this task. 

- Ryan Berner is currently reviewing the tickets to make sure that all certificates are up to date and correct for the positions held within the club. 

## Match and training fees as well as equipment 

- Training fees are to remain at £3 but will be reviewed throughout the season. 

- Match fees are also set to remain at £4. 

## Club position 

- An additional team has seen an increase in girl’s numbers attending training and also game time. 

- 315 players signed on during 23/24, current numbers sit at 270. 

- Advertising is strong on Facebook and players are being drawn I based on what is being done on social media. The strongest income are the under 7’s which has gone from 10 up to 25. 

- Tiverton Town u16’s are currently funded by Twyford Spartans rather than Tiverton Town at present. 

## Events 

## Tournaments 

- Tournament was a success with the 3-day set up but help was limited and a little last minute. Paula Westacott deserves a special mention and the feedback from other clubs was very positive. £6000 was made from the tournament which covered all the new gear and the awards 

## AOB 

## Tiverton town Football Club 

- Feedback being that there is no promotion from TTFC. The agreement is currently one way traffic. 

- Currently there has been no invite to the TTFC committee meeting. Both teams have yet acted on the agreement so both parties are party guilty. 

- It was also agreed no further amalgamation with TTFC will go ahead unless things change with 3g. 

- Joe Westacott will find out who the new contact is for the commercial department to send the Twyford info. 

## Away kit 

- Second away kit being pushed due to more clubs now playing in yellow 

Club is to remain inclusive, and we will continue not to have trials to play for the club.
