## Trustee Report 

The trustees agree that they are currently happy with the way the club is maintained by the committee and the the accounts which have been seen meet with their approval. They can also confirm the trustees have remained the same since their last change. 

## Club fees 

Following on from increases in astroturf rental costs training and match fees needed to be disused. 

It was agreed within the committee that training fees will remain at £3 per session. 



Due to the increase in pitch hire and referee fees it was agreed by the committee that match fees would increase to £4. 

Proposed by Andy Orchard. Seconded by Simon Gibbons 

Signing on fee to remain at £25 PP 

## Training nights 

Training at the astroturf will commence off September 2[nd] . Until 2[nd] May 25 

Training times to be discussed to see if the quieter times can be utilized by teams who struggle for space. 

## Tournament and presentation day 

The recent tournament was a great success with positive feedback. 

The tournament generated a total income of £5700, before costs. Profits from the tournament shall be out towards general costs and new equipment for the upcoming season requested by the age group managers. 

Next season will require more volunteering from within the club to prevent the same people doing it every year. 

Due to increased costs and to keep in line with peers the tournament entry fee next year will be £35 per team. 

Proposal: - Proposed that next year the club presentation shall take place on 7[th] June 2025. All age groups within one day. This date is to be secured, and age group managers are not to enter tournaments on this day.
