TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE APPRECIATION OF PIANO MUSIC THROUGH THE PROVISION OF **Summary of the objects of the** MASTER-CLASSES, CONCERTS, RECITALS AND PERFORMANCES **charity set out in its governing document** THROUGH THE TRUSTEES’ REGARD FOR THE GUIDANCE ON PUBLIC BENEFIT, AS ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION, THE NORTH WEST MUSIC TRUST UNDERTOOK A SERIES OF OUTREACH EVENTS WHICH BROUGHT THE WONDERFUL WORLD OF PIANO AND ITS TIMELESS MASTERPIECES TO MANY FOR WHOM THIS WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE. THE SERIES INCLUDES VENUES BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC.

THE NORTH WEST MUSIC TRUST’S OUTREACH PROGRAMME HAS **Summary of the main** REACHED OUT TO MANY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WHO ENJOY **achievements of the charity** WORLD CLASS PIANO PERFORMANCE IN PLACES WHERE THERE **during the year** IS LITTLE OR NO PROVISION. FEEDBACK HAS BEEN ENORMOUSLY POSITIVE AND THE TRUST FEELS ITS EFFORTS ARE AMPLY JUSTIFIED TO CONTINUE THE PROGRAMME. 

THE TRUST HAS GIVEN FURTHER GRANTS TO A NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS AND HAS INCREASED ITS STOCK OF INSTRUMENTS TO LEND OUT FREE OF CHARGE TO THOSE WHO NEED THEM AND HIRE OUT FOR A SELECT NUMBER OF EVENTS FROM WHICH THE PUBLIC WILL BENEFIT.
