## **CDSSG Trustees Report** 

As Trustees it our duty to ensure that the CDSSG achieves the aims and objectives for the membership. 

Year 2021 – 22, as we all know continued to be a very challenging year due to Covid-19 with ever changing situations for all of us and our families, but things are now beginning to improve. 

We would like to praise all the members of the Committee, who throughout the past year continued to work with tireless energy, dedication, effective fundraising with never-ending enthusiasm, whilst all of them were balancing their own challenges within busy and demanding family life. Sheila and the Committee worked together to provide the great support and activities that the Group has been able to share with the members throughout the last year. 

As with any group/charity, success can only be accomplished by good and achievable ideas, a great deal of time, energy and commitment, but this needs to come from our members as well as the Committee & Trustees. So - a message to everyone if you feel that you have something to give, perhaps an idea, or would just like to help in a small way please do contact the committee – all help and support is always appreciated. 

Finally, we will be saying goodbye to Helen & Sue after a number of years as Trustees but would like to extend a warm welcome to Amanda Worne & Susy Cecil who will be joining Mike as new Trustees. Wishing you all the very best
