**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PARISH CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS HOLLINGBOURNE IN THE DIOCESE OF CANTERBURY (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP BY PROMOTING THE RESTORATION, CONSERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH BUILDING AND OF OTHER MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS, AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH OR CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH

**Activities:** The Friends is established to provide funds for the preservation and protection of the Parish Church of All Saints Hollingbourne as a place of Christian worship by promoting the restoration conservation,repair,maintenance,improvement and beautification of the fabric of the Church building and the monuments and chattels in the church and Churchyard.
