The club had brought forward cash reserves of

Whilst this surplus was below our target level of

stating why they are held
P¥a 122
The major projects undertaken in recent years
were funded by a mixture of grants, donations
and crowd funding activities, with minimal use
of general reseFves, however the club cannot
rety on these sour￿5 alway5 being available in
future.
In order for the club to meet majorcydical costs
in a timely manner the dub needs a fund well in
ex￿$$ of £IW.CMKJ. Nb When the new flooring
surface is replaced in around 15 years we expect
that we will need to repla￿ the sulFfloor too at
a totsl cost of around £I￿,0(X).
The club also needs around £I0,C￿) in cash
reserves in order to cope with the timing of
caShflOv￿ within each year and fluctuations in
income and costs from year to year.

In order to build up sufficient fvnds and not be
overly dependent on grants the club plans to
eannark £5.1JXI- £lO.rxtI per year for this
purpose.
In the very long tenn. betsveen 51>1CM) years. the
club is not at present generating sufficient
reserves to repla￿ the whole buildin& which.
for insurance purposes. has a rebuild valuation
of £1.172.990.
The club would therefore need to increase its
annual surplus to V￿11 over £IO.CQO per year. or
rely on future grant funding when the building
