## SECTION B: Structure, Governance and Management 

Charity constituted: A Charitable Trust; 

Trustee selection: Trust has at least 3 trustees who hold office permanently. 

Governance - Model Charitable Trust document; 

The trust mainly rely on general public for financial support. Collections are done online via cheques and bank transfers. The appeal for collection is made via the Trust website and Social Media group.

All online donations are vetted by the trustee. The receipts are recorded. The bank statements are verified by the trustees. Larger Amounts are verified personally by the trustees as they are aware of the risks. 

## SECTION C: Objectives and activities 

The objectives are to relieve poverty, sickness and distress and to help give a quality of Life to the needy.

## Last year the Charity carried out helping the Rohingyas: 

Build water well; distributed blankets; winter clothes to children and adults. 

Food distribution; medicine distribution and spend 60% for the monies to do this. 

North of Bangladesh the charity distributed food packages and clothes to the flood stricken people in boats. 

Food was distributed to the Railway street children and adults in the capital city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. 

Food was distributed to the Local community in the UK during the Covid 19 Lockdown. 

The Charity is committed in furthering it objectives in the future by giving support to the local community in the UK. 

## FINANCIAL REVIEW: 

The Trust tend to spend majority of the monies in the year of collection. There is no deficit.
