## Statutory Information
The Constitution of the Charity was established by a document dated 6th Aweust 2003. The Chanty was registered on 29° August 2003 (Registration No. 1090195).
## Charitable Objects
To advance the Christian religion by the restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement and beautification of All Saints’ Church, Ockham, and of che moruments, fittings, fixtures, stained plass, furniture, ornaments and chatiels in the church and churchyard belonging to the church and to promote wide interest in the care and preservation of che church, its history and its work,

The Trustees meet on a reeular basis to ensure the objectives af the foundation are mel, In the course of their duties the Trustecs revirw any possible risks.
## Investment Policy
The investinent policy of ihe Truglees is to oblain a reasonable retum on the money entrusted to them while at the same time safeguarding that money.
## Distribution and Reserve Policy
The long teom plan is for the Foends lo build up a capital fund and to make payments to the PCC for the restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement and beaulification of All Raints’ Chureh and churchyard from time to time.

A. production of lelanthe by Opera Anywhere in October was a great sucecss and raised £978.02. Planned giving during lhe year tolalled £22035 and donstwons to lhe Prends during the year armiunted ta £399. Gift Aid provided 2663.

Last year was another good one for our finances, We now have several new donors which has boosted our regular income.
