## TREASURERS REPORT 

[Tam delighted to report that for the financial year ending 31° July 2022 the Club is bouncing back. 

The figure for children attending is closer te pre-pandemic numbers and we were able to generate a turnover of £71,881.60. This is however sti much lower than the average of £765,836 for the 5-year period of 2015 - 2019. 

With an overall surplus of £7,142.01 making a bank balance of £21,871,24. 

Although an paper this is a very significant amount, we must always be aware of our future commitments tn particular te the school for rent and for staff wages. 

Our staff aré employed on 4 casual basis and the club has been operating on reduced staff during the past 12 months which js reflected in the overall wage bill. However, the ratios of children te adults needs to be retained. 

Fhe wage bills in the future are not likely to reduce considering the increase in the Statutory Living Wage each year. 

IT have no doubt that the continued success of The Forum is due to the staff team and on a financial lével we should recagnise that they have been careful te net overspend on essential resources, 

The recent downturn in children starting at John of Rolleston is also a consideration for our future financial plans, Less children in school will no doubt l@ad to less children using The Forum.
