The reserve fund repre5entS tlie unrestrlcted funds ariglng from past operatln9 results. The unrestrlcled
fLJnds al the end of the year amounted to El,251,864. The Board of Trustees prepares an annual budget
Identifylng the operatlng cash flow reqvirements of the charity, ensuring that anticipated income wlll meet
these. Perfortnance is monitored on a regular bagis to ensure any departure from budget can be addre55ed
wllh appropriate remedial action.

The charity Ig controlled by its governing document, Its Memorandum and Arllcles, and constitutes a

Having satlsfied myself that the financlal stiltements of the chai'ity are not required to be audited under
Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006 and are eligible for Independent examlnation, I report In respect of my

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with tho charity's governing document,
the Companles Act 2D06, FRS 102 °The Fii)anclal Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and
Republlc ol Ireland and thè Charitles SORP 'Accounting and Reporting by Charitles.. Statement of
Recommended Practice appllcable to chorities prepbring their accounts In accordance with the
Flnanctal Reporting Standard appllcable in the UK and Republlc of Ireland {f RS 102). The charity 15 a
Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
The charity has taken advantage of the provlglons In the SORP for chai'ities not to prepare
statemellt of cash flows.

Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the i)earest £.
The financlèl slateinents have been prepared under the historical cogt tonvention. The prfncipal
