**Objects:** 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF SECONDARY SCHOOL AGE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS AND EQUIPMENT TO IMPROVE THEIR SCHOOLS;2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE.

**Activities:** The Fund assists with projects, mostly educational, in poor countries.   It has, for example, helped with the education of poor boys in Kenya and in India and sponsored the well-being and education of poor children in Asia, South America and Africa.   It has also granted funds to assist the building of a new school in Kenya.
