The Charity was registered under the Charities Act on 18 Juty 2003 and given the number 1098646.
The Charity's governing document is the constitution adopted 29 June 2013 as amended 19 October
2003
The Trustees of the Chur¢h are Ihe pastor and dea￿n5 appointed by the Church members at an
Annual General Meeting. Their appointmenl is for life unless they voluntarily withdraw or are
removed from the office by the Church.
The pastor and the deacons meet on a formal basi5 throughout the year as they deem ne￿SSary
to fiAlfiI their obligations as trustees and to ensure the smooth running of the Church and the ChaTIty.
ObjeGtives and aGtivities
The Charity aims to advance the Christian faith by teaching, preaching and propagating the doctrines,
principles and beliets and leaching of God and our Lord Jesus Christ in accordance with the bible.
Achlevemonts and performanco
Bury Bible Baptist Church has remained falthfvl to its Articles of Faith. Church services are held
every Sunday moming with a Sunday Sch￿1 being available.
Thursday evening prayer meeting and bible study continues and throughout the year various special
service and activities are hekl.
Overseas missionaries have Conb'nued to be supported both financially and with prayer.

We report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2024 which are Set out On
pages 3 to 4.
Respe¢tiv• responsibilities to trustees and examlner
The Charity's Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the È¢counts. The Charity's Trustees
consider that an audit is not required for Ihis year under the Charities Act and that an independent
examination is needed.
It is our reponsibility to..
examine the accounts under the Charities Act.,
- to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under
the Charities Act,. and
to stsle whether part￿ular matters have come to our attention.
Basis of independent examlneffs report
Our examination was carried out in accordance with the gener81 Directions glven by the Charity
Commission. An examination included a review of the accounting r9cords kept by the charity and
comparison of the accounts presented with those records.11 also includes ¢onsid8ration of any
unusual items or dis¢losures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit and consequentty no opinion is given as to whether the accounts pres&nt
a 'lrue and fair view, and the report is limiled to those matters set out in the statement below.
