I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of above
charity ("tt￿ Trust") for the year ended 31 March 2024

As the thanty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
of the accounts in accordance wrth the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 (Ihe Act.).
I report in WFect of my examination of Ihe Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act arKI in Garying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Thrections given by the Charity Commission
under se¢kn 145{5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no malerial matters have
