**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE PARISH OF CHIDDINGLY EAST SUSSEX IN THE ARTS GENERALLY AND MORE PARTICULARLY BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY AND NOT LIMITATION THE ART OF SCULPTURE AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.

**Activities:** Our activities are solely connected to the guardianship and care of the millennium oak sculptures and the garden in which they are situated including the maintenance of the garden, grass and sculptures. We also hold occasional fundraising activities ie quiz night, garden sale, open gardens.
