The Trust was set up in 2003 in memory of Eloise and Katie Plunkett - two young sisters who both died of cancer. It (a) funds small projects in England and Scotland that make a real difference to the lives of young people and (b) supports causes which are important to the Plunkett family - particularly cancer and Parkinson's Disease.
Objects: (1) The Relief Of Sickness, In Particular, But Not Exclusively, The Treatment And Prevention Of Cancer And Parkinson's Disease By The Provision Of Grants.(2) The Advancement Of Education Of Young Persons By The Provision Of Grants And Scholarships In Particular But Not Exclusively In The Sciences
