ADVISE AND GUIDE ORGANISATIONS REGARDING ISSUES RELATING TO THE RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF VOLUNTEERS.IV. PUBLICISE OPPORTUNITIES FOR VOLUNTEERING WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.V.
