For The Year Ended 31 March 2025
port to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Faizan E Islam Education & Cultuftl Trust (the Trust) for the
year ended 31 March 2025.
Responsibilities and Basis of Report
As the charity trustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 I-the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust'5 account5 carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Art and in carrying
out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of
the Act.
Independent Ex•miner'$ Ststement
Since the Trust's gross income exceeded £250,000 your examiner must be a member of a body listed in sectlon 145 of the
2011 Act. I confirm that I arn qualified to undertake the exarnination because I am a member of The Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants, which is one of the listed bodies.
I have completed my examination. I confirm th3t no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the
examination giving rne cause to believe that in any rnaterial respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by section 130 of the Act: or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records. or
3. the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and contents of accounts set out in
the Charities IAccount5 and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirernent that the accounts give a 'true and
fair view, which is not a matter considered as pari of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examlnation to whlch attention should be
drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

2. 1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Charities SORP IFRS 1021 "Accounting and
Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 (effective I
January 20191. Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Stsndard applicable in the UK and Republic
of Ireland 2nd the Charities Act 2011.
The charity is a Public Benefit Entity as defined by FRS 102.
2.2. Tangible Fixed Assets and Depreciation
Tangible fixed assets are measured at cost less accumulated depreciatlon and any atcumulated impalrment losses.
Depreciation Is provided at rates calculated to write off the cost of the fixed assets, less their estimated residual value,
over their expected useful lives on the following bases..
