TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION;3.  TO ASSIST IN THE CONSERVATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF WILDLIFE;4.
