ItAtRS EPORT Welcome to the 23124 Annual General Report of St Bon's PTFA. It IS With mixed emotions that we Share thi5 report a5 it marks the end of our time as Co-chairs of this wonderful charity! It has been a privilege to serve the St Bons school communiiy over the past three years. There have been many highlights, from our fantastic new website to purchasing playground equipment that will bring joy for years to come. But for us, the main takeaway has to be the opporiunity to meet and work alongside a phenomenally dedicated commiitee and host of volunteersl We have been fortunate to gain a first-hand insight into just how hard the St Bons staff work for each and every child. Against an increasingly challenging financial backdrop, it has been truly inspiring. Be under no doubt that the money raised by you genuinely is needed and makes a material impact in enhancing the educational experience of our pupils. There are still many exciting ambitions that the school wish to achieve with the help of the PTFA. We look forward to seeing what this next chapter brings! A huge thank you for all your support!

REP The following report is based on cleared bank transactions to the 4th Jan 2024. The timing of the AGM means that we don't have full picture for this fundraising year as this typically follows the school year. Fundraising for school year 22123 finished strongly and we ended that year with a healthy bank balance of £28,087.71. Over the full school year we ralsed a record £31.430.33. Expenses totalled £6.520.35 and we supported school projects to the sum of £23,901,06. A5 predicted, this represents a significant uplift on spending on school projects as the school settled into post-pandemic life. Major projects for 22123 included the Trim Trail (c. £15k donation) and the Conservation Area (c. £4k donation} Fundraising for the 23124 school year ha5 again started Strongly and we've added a further £10,491.13 and the PTFA bank accounts currently show a balance of £36.592.83. This doesn't yet reflect the donation we've made to the outdoor performance area in the main playground (c£16k donation) as this payment has not yet cleared.
