register has been established ond is uwjated annualty- Whwe appropriaty systems or procedures have been
established to mitigate the ￿kS the charity face5. This has led to the oryani5atiDn Imp￿menti1￿j a system of
emergency procedures and conlingency plan& Pr(Kedures are in place to ensure compliance with h&lth and safety
of staff, V0￿￿teerS and dients. The charity continues to adhe￿ to Age UK Federation Quality Counts to ensure
consistent quality of ddivery for all operational aspe£ts of the charity. A key element in the management of
financial risk is the contsnued working with an indepe￿nt ￿ju￿ti￿3 servits and the setting of the reserves policy
and its regular reviv￿ by the TnJ5tee Board.
