The objeclives of the Lharity are to provide support either financially or practicall), to people

charity shop and the pruvision of practical assistance.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
This N.'ear was a great year for the ¢harity' mainl), due to the enthusi&qm and dediLatiork ofvur
volunteers ￿..hO work in the shop or as part of our DIY/Gardening team. The work include5
sales. eustomir S¥ThlCL. mainiaining a tidi, and w'elcoming shop. plu5. IT4drdeninL.

repairs. decoratiiiq and mani oih¢r DIY job5 ihat people can no longer do themselvLs because
the!. haie disabilities caus¢d by Multipl¢ Sil¢rosis IMS).
Requests for DIY support from MS sufferers are re¥ularl)' received and thanks to tlie
entliusiasm of the DIY team it is not long beforL 11.'c are able tu help. ￿,e also fund
prolessionals. e.g. Electricians. Plumbers if nLcdLd.
'e eontinue to receive donations of clothing. bric-a-brac and el¢¢trical items ranging from
handbaqs. jewellery. piLtures and tuys to disabilit}, aids H'heelchair5. mnbilit). sco()ters and a

tested b¢fore sale in the shop. The shop receives funds for all non-rec)clablL clothcs ￿hILh
are collected regularl),. and oiher unl￿anted item5 are dispn8ed for free.
The charity. held a Fun DaN on 20 Aug 22 ￿ ith Star W'ars as the theme- this li'a.£ i iireat

The Trustees w'ish to pass on their thanks to all the volunicers for doing such an amaT.ing.job
in maintaining the MSPH charity across all aspects of work including shop. l)IY. Gardening
aiid iniertacingT ￿ jih ihose in need of help. We could not do it ii.'iihout vou. The post-
Christmas meal was held in recognition of the volunteers hard ￿'ork - thi5 il'as well
supponcd.
