Our successful Wandering into Wellness walks continued as did the weekty spirituality wup and lunch club. During the year a weekly art group run by a trained art thernpist was established alongside a creative writing workshop that ran for 24 wttks and a hot lunch club ovcr thc wint¢r months. Recruilment of volunteers however, remains a challenge. Despite th¢ f￿￿1¢1&I uncertainties for the voluntary sector in Croyd0￿ the Association's financiaI position improved during the year througb succe&8fid grani applications and doDatioDS from individu81s and various churches. Whilst the future is undoubtedly uncertain the Tn]stees have been encoTir aged by the pro￿SS made durinrw the year and are optimistic that services can bc ￿al￿￿1nCd. Plans are also in place to fijrther expand our activities including estsblishing a regu18r creative writing group, along with other workshops such 8s music. The Trustees remain committed to working in parthcrship with other orgwiisations to rebuild a new for volunw mental health organisations in Croydon.
