Ace has two aims-the mobile warden scheme & the social link:- 1) We find finances to employ a mobile warden to visit & care for Linton elderly in their own homes. 2) We provide social gatherings & meetings & occasional outings to help social cohension & prevent isolation of the elderley & keep them as a vital part of our village.
Objects: To Promote The Relief Of Persons Who Are In Need By Reason Of Their Age, Social Or Economic Circumstances, By The Provision Of A Mobile Warden Service And The Provision Of Facilities For Recreational And Other Leisure-Time Activities In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Persons.
