PROMOTING THEIR BETTER CARE AND SAFEGUARDING THEM;2. PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS;3. PROMOTING THEIR HEALTH;4. PROMOTING THEIR EDUCATION AND ESTABLISHMENT IN LIFE.
