Honorary Independent Examnner's Report to the Trustees of
The Christadelphian Sunday School Urrion.
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 August 2025 which are set out in
pages 3 to 4.
Respertive Tesponsibilities of Trustees and ExaMi￿r
As the Charitys Trustees are restK)nsible for the preparatiou of the Accounts; YOU (x)nsider that
the alldit Tequirement of sertion 43{2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is
my responsibility to state, on the basis of pr(Kedures specified in the General Directions given by
the Charity Commissioners under section 43 (7)(b) of the Act, whether particular matters have
come to my attention.
Basis of Honorary Independent ExamiDe@s Report
My exarnination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination indudes a review of the attounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the affounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The proeedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audiL and consequently I do not expre&s an audit opinion OD the view
given by the accounts.
Honorary thdependent Eyaminer's Statement
In connertion with my examination, no matter ha5 come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to be]ieve that in any material respect the requirements
to keep accounting records in accordaDce with section 41 of the Act: and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accowlting records and to comply with
the accounting requirements of the Act
(i)
have not been met. or
(2)
to which. in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
