A¢hievements and Performance
We have had another wonderful year of fundraising for Longwick School, wlth a further £15k
raised. The Art Show, our key fundraiser forthe year. brought in just over £llk and was well
received by all that attended. The Christmas Fayre was a150 popular and brought in another
£2k. Other artivities were held throughout the year to increase funds. including the sales of
ice creams at sports day, second hand uniform sales and discos.
We massively appreciate the support of all the volunteers throughout the year, giving up their
time to help, whether they are directly part of Friend5 or not, and all those that financially
contributed to our fundraising endeavours. We couldn't have had such a successful year
without them all.
This year. the funds raised have gone towards educational resources such as maths
workbooks and online learning platforms. helped reduce the cost of School trips across every
year group, and enriched the school environment with the purchase of accommodation for
the new school chicken5 {11, as well as giving the children the opportunity to enjoy a theatre
produttion and have small treats throughout the year such as crackers at Christmas and ice
creams post SATS.
