The object of the charity is to provide facilities for the educational, ￿CreatiOnal and leisure time ¢xcupation fDr the people of
South East Harlow irrespective of disability. ethnic origin, gender or rele8lOU5 belief in the interest5 of soclal welfare and with
the objert of improvingthe conditions of life of the said person5.
