**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF CATS WHO ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND PROTECTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, NEGLECTS OR MALTREATMENT, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A RESCUE AND RE-HOMING SERVICE, A SANCTUARY FOR THE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION OF SUCH CATS AND THROUGH THE SPAYING AND NEUTERING OF DOMESTIC AND FERAL CATS.

**Activities:** To care for unwanted cats and kittens and to rehome where possible, giving a permanent home to disabled or elderly cats.  To promote and encourage neutering of cats, offering financial assistance to owners on low incomes.  To neuter feral cat colonies and provide veterinary assistance where needed.
