**Objects:** 1) TO WORK TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION; AND2) TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS;ESPECIALLY IN THE BOROUGH OF ENFIELD (HEREINAFTER REFEREED TO AS REC'S "AREA OF BENEFIT")

**Activities:** Enfield Racial Equality Council actively promotes a racially just, fair and equitable society which will enhance the quality of life for all who live, work and learn in the London Borough of Enfield.  We monitor and contribute to the development of strategic policies and actions with local statutory private and voluntary organisations.
