May 2003. Prior ro thi5 the Skegne55 Day Centre Icharity nurnber 5179611 operated as an unincorporated Iharlty until 31 October
2003. From l November 2003 the charity operated as a company limited by guarantee when the funds of the unincvrporated
charity were transferred to the company.
