**Objects:** TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE FOUR CLOCKS CENTRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED &#x27;THE CENTRE&#x27;) AND TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BISHOP AUCKLAND AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREINAFTER CALLED &#x27;THE AREA OF BENEFIT&#x27;) WITHOUT THE DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. **Activities:** To maintain and manage the Four Clocks Centre, and to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Bishop Auckland and the neighbourhood, through the provision of the Community Resource Centre, and the provisions of a  Venture Out Project, Family Contact Centre Project, Four Clocks Club Project, and a Cultivate 4 Life Project
