As trustees you are reswnsible for the preparation of the accounts. You ¢onsxder that
an audllt is not required for this year under section 43(2) of the ChaTities Act 1993
(the 1993 Act) and that an independent examtnation is needed.
It is our responsibility to:
- examine the accounts undtr wtion 43 ofthe 1993 ACL
- follow the procedures laid down in the get￿[al Directions given by the Charity
Commission (under section 43(7Xb) of the 1993 ACL and
- state whether particular matters have come to our attention.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Statemellt
Our examtnation was carried out in accordan￿ with general Directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts pr￿ented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items OT disclosures in the accou￿, and seeking explanations
from the trustees concerning any such matters. The pr(wlures undthaken do not Provide
all the evidence that would be required in an audiL and consequently no opinion is given
as to whether the accounts present a and faie view 8nd the report is limited to those
matt¢rs set out in the Statement below.

The Trustees present with pleasure their Annual Rew)rt together with the financial statements
of the Charity for the year ended 31 March 2024.
Constitstion, objective of the chsiity. primeipal activities and organiwtion of our work
The charity is constituted under a trust deal 20th August 2002 and registered as a charity on
22nd May 2003 under number 1097653.
The objective of the charity as set out in the Declaration of the tTUSt are:
(a) Th¢ advancement of the Christian faith.
The mtntsty was involved in Christian outreach progrdmmes designed to increase Christian
awareness and spread the Gos￿1 of OUT Lord Jes￿$ Chri
Development, activiti￿ and acbievemeDt in the year
The Trustees are pleased to reportthat the Church continued to be s[K￿SsfUl spiritually
ministering to many people. Many Christian and non- Christian attended our meetings
and many re-dedicated their lives to our and Saviour, Jesus ChrisL
OrgaDisation
The Clwity is govern￿ by a Boatd of Tn￿ who are elected to serve and run its affairs.
Annually, the Board ￿lewS the range of skills it h&$ available and uses its PK)w¢r of co-option
to ensure that gaps are filled.
Committee Members, R￿p)ng1b11llty In The Preparation Of FiDaDeial Ststements
Charity Legislation requires the comrnittee to prepare financial statements for each financial
year which give a trne and fair view of the stak of the Trust &8 at the of the financial year
and the income and expenditure of the Trust for the year ended on that date. In preparing
those financial statemenL% suitabl¢ aC￿unting policies have i*en use4 frarne￿ to the best of
the Committee's knowledge and klief, by reference to reasonable and prudent judgements
and applied consistently. Applicable accounting standards have iren followed. The
Committee is also required to indicate where the fmancial statement are prq)ared other than
on the basis that Charity is a going concern.
The Committee is responsible for awing that arrangements are Inade for keeping proper
books of account with resFe¢t to the Trust's transactions and assets and liabilities And for
maintaining a satisfactory system of control over the T￿￿t'S bwks of accounts and
transactions. The Committee is aig) r¢S￿D$1b]e for ensuring that arrangements are made to
safeguardthe assets of the Trust aDd hence for taking re&wnable steps foT the prevention and
detection of fraud and other irre8ularities.
