Our portfolio of CPD- accredited courses has increased to10, including a self-advoacy skills and train-the-trainer course which has been delivered in local communities arers Count in Kirklees - successfully piloted a hospital discharge liason post, which has since secured continued funding. The post .supports unpaid carers to navigate the hospital discharge processes for their loved ones. ea Inequalities - we delivered a s ort- term project around health inequalities for people with severe and enduring mental health issues. People with lived experience were involved in highlighting issues and making recommendations.
