**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS RESIDENT OR RECEIVING CARE WITHIN THE AREAS OF LICHFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL, TAMWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL, EAST STAFFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL, STAFFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL, CANNOCK CHASE DISTRICT COUNCIL, SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL.

**Activities:** To improve the quality of life for people in Staffordshire and surrounding areas who have or may be at risk of mental distress or ill health. Our main service is the Emotional Wellbeing Toolbox; by focusing on strengths and community involvement we enable people to take charge of their mental health.  We challenge stigma and discrimination of people with mental illness.
