**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SLADE GREEN AND ITS ENVIRONS, DEFINED AS THE NORTHEND WARD SPECIFIED IN THE 1999 LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMMISSION REPORT, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, BOTH FORMAL AND INFORMAL, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Two main activities:1. Acting as a conduit of information between those providing services and the residents in the area of benefit. 2. Activities to promote a sense of communityNewsletter to all residents, updates to interested parties, public meetings, consultations, surveys, community events including 'Healthy Living' event. Youth activities carried out jointly with 3 neighbouring groups.
