Respectlve The ¢harity'5 trustees are ￿$[￿)nsIble for th8 preparation of the accounts.
rnspon$ib1l￿¢S of The charity's trustees consider that an sudit is not required for this year
trust••s and eXamI￿r under Section 43121 of the Chartties Act 1993 Ith¢ 1993 Act) and that an
ind8pendent examination is needed.
Is my responsibility to".
examine the accounts under section 43 or the 1993 Act.
to fc41ow th8 prccedures laid down in th¢ general Direction8 given by the
Charity Cornmis&on lunder selaion 4317llbl ol the 1993 Act. and
to state whether particular mattars ha￿ come to my attention.
Basls of Indopond?nt My examination was carried out in accorda￿ wrth general Directions giv
gxomlnor's statsment by the Charity Cornrnis&on. An èxamination indudes a ￿VIeW of the
accounting records kept by th& ¢harity and a eomparison of the accounts
presented wrth th05e records. It also indudes consideration ¢f any unusu
rtems or di8dosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from the
trust8es ¢on¢erning 8ny such matters. The proc8dure$ undertaken do not
provide all the e￿￿en￿ that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opnion 15 given a$ to whether the accounts pie58n¢ a Irue
and fair, view and the report is li￿lted to those matters Set out in the
statement bdow.
Independent In connection wth my examination. no matter ha5 comg to my attention that
•xaminerf$ statemant needs attention, in fact the ac(x)unls were well presented and tha
prctsdures used in preparing and maintaining th? accounts Were
comprehensive 8rTrd transparent. In light of this I have not had reason to
raise any rtems and henc81 have not used th8'Se¢tson B- Disdosure,.
