**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE PARTICULARLY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 12-19 YEARS WHO LIVE IN RAINWORTH AND BLIDWORTH AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF, BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR, MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES AND GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
