To Fog Trustees,

As promised, I have conducted an independent examination of the Friends of Greenvale annual accounts on 31st May 2024 for the year 2022 - 2023. The accounts total in excess of £25,000 but under £1million.

I confirm I am independent of the charity and I have sufficient financial awareness, numeracy skills and relevant experience to carry out the work and make the judgements required.

I have highlighted to you that the figures on the Fog report differ to those on the Summary of accounts. I understand this is because the AGM for which the Fog report was prepared was held on 11th July 23 and the summary of accounts runs until 31st July 23.

I believe the accounts are maintained to the required standard and that all transactions and balances appear reasonable. The charity has had a strong financial year and would not be considered a going concern.

Best wishes,

Lauren Healey 16 Kingswood Way, Selsdon CR2 8QP
