**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF SPRINGWATER SCHOOL BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE FACILITIES NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE, THE FUND MAY UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SCHOOL AND FURTHER THE EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN LIFE OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** Special School catering for pupils aged 2 to 19 years of age with severe and profound multiple learning and physical difficulties.  Provided a range of specialist equipment to support and enhance the curriculum.  Made improvements to the school grounds and environment.  Funded educational visits and trips.  Bought in theatre groups and performers.
