In furtherance ol its objects. the Tnjsl provides one pr8mi5es under fomal lease for an ind8p6ndent school
base¢J in Sam. Ne￿(￿￿. whith has b9en fun by Oneschod Glob81 UK IOSGUKI.
The Trust also provide5 grant funding and olher financial 9jpkx￿ to OSGUK at th8 discrotion ol the Trustees In
order lo enable OSGUK lo provide a well balanced education at primary aThJ secondary levels, for children arKI

The Trust has a wholly o%vn8d subsidiary ￿mpanY, 2C Trading Limited 07313657 which undertakes trading
activities. All proffts chargeable lo corporation tax a￿ gthd lo the Tnjst in support of the charitable activities of
the Trust. The results of 2C Trading Limited have been consolidaled vith tfrK)se of the Trust in order to produc8
the Group financial slalemenls which follThv.
