The trustee have pleasure in submitting their report for the period ended 31 March 2022
The company was incorporated on 10 April 2LX)2
11 Activities - throughout the period. ha5 been that to help and maintain healthy
environment in India by way of assisting hospital and donating charities to
help needy people requiring hospitalisation and medical treatment.
21 Donations- were received from the people living in Europe and chartties
in the UK. A total sum of £423,826 was received. The sum of £308,000 were
sent to Molvi Ebrahim Mulla Foundation Hospital & others in India.

41 The trustee5 are responsible for keeping proper accounting records of every
transaction of receipts and expenditure. that it gives a true and fair view of the
company with reasonable accuracy. The trustees are responsible for the
preparation of the finance statements and as the company is exempt from an
audit, it complies with the requirement of the special provisions of part 15 of
the Companies Att 2006.
