London Mandarin School (LMS) is a non-profit organisation (Charity Number: 1096809, England). Its aim is to promote Chinese language and culture to Chinese and Non-Chinese background children age from 4.5-18. |

The goal is to benefit residents or workers in London, particularly those of Chinese ethnic origin, without distinction of sex or political or other opinions by:1) Advancing public education in the Chinese language and culture; and2) Promoting racial harmony and understanding between people of Chinese origin and other communities in the UK. |

Para1.20 | 1.280 studentstook part in the YCT and HSK exams and performed exceptionally well. The school was honoured as the Outstanding Test Centreof the 2024 UK Chinese Proficiency Test. 2.338 studentssat theHuayu Shuiping Ceshi (HC)exam, and the school proudly received the title of“Top Ten Huace Schools in the World”for 2024. 3.33 studentstook theGCSE Mandarinexam (AQA or Edexcel) and all achieved aGrade 9, the highest possible grade. 4.Three studentstook theA Level Mandarinexam and achievedGrade A. All other students met or exceeded their teachers' assessment expectations. 5. Over200 studentsparticipated in competitions organised by UKAPCE, winningnumerous awardsacross a range of categories. 6.500 studentsattended either classroom-based or Zoom online Chinese lessons, and all successfully achieved the required level for their stage of learning. 7. We have consistently worked toimprove our teaching quality, organising regularin-house trainingfor all teachers. In addition, we actively encourage staff to participate in external CPD sessions delivered byUKAPCEand theChina Overseas Chinese Education Funding Organisation. Notably, we received acustomised training programmefrom the latter to support our teachers' ongoing development. 8. The school has also provided opportunities forChinese community parentsto connect withlocal residents from diverse backgrounds, encouraging social engagement and cultural exchange. 9. Increasing numbers ofnon-Chinese local familieshave chosen to enrol their children in the school. To meet this demand, we have openedthree dedicated classesspecifically for these learners, who are thriving and enjoying both the Chinese language and cultural experience. 10. Our students are making friends with peers from a variety of backgrounds, promotingequality, inclusion, and harmony within the wider community. |

| I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2025. As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. |
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
-
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
-
• the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
